Southeast Regional Hearing - Submit Written Testimony

The Southeast Regional Hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 19.

Written testimony should focus on Pennsylvania’s congressional redistricting process, the boundaries of current and future Congressional districts and local communities of interest. Testimony should be limited to the geographic area in which you live. 
 
Please be advised that due to recent changes to the Sunshine Law, subject matter of testimony must be confined to the hearing topic only. Testimony outside of the scope of the hearing will not be permitted.

Disclaimer: Due to time limits, testifiers must sign up and be confirmed as a participant in order to testify. No “walk-in” testimony will be accepted. However, all relevant written testimony will be accepted by the Chair. Signing up to testify does not guarantee participation during a regional hearing. Confirmed participants will be notified prior to the hearing by the House State Government Committee. Please note, only the testimony of Pennsylvania residents will be accepted during regional hearings and testifiers should limit their testimony to the geographic area in which they live. Only one representative per organization will be permitted to testify before the Committee.
